The Role Key Responsibilities Assist with payroll tasks for Drivers , ensuring accuracy and timely processing of wages. Review and process trip sheets , ensuring all relevant information is recorded for operational tracking. Manage and maintain the filing system , including scanning and digitally storing transport-related documents. Prepare purchase orders and ensure goods and services are procured as per company requirements. Provide administrative support to the transport team, ensuring records and documents are well-organised and up to date. What We're Looking For Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation. Strong numerical and analytical skills . Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills . Strong time management and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines. Desirable Skills & Experience Previous payroll processing experience . Knowledge of payroll systems .
