Senior Platform Integration Engineer Brisbane CBD | Hybrid 12 Months contract Market rates We are working with a State Government department and seeking a Senior Platform Integration Engineer to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing critical ICT systems that support essential services for Queenslanders. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Azure to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions, while also supporting the integration, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies to ensure operational stability and drive efficiency across the cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support, design, testing, and implementation services for live systems and new ICT projects. Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure operations, including deployment, configuration, automation (Azure DevOps), and version control (GitHub). Design, implement, and support solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including integration with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure services. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform. Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, Kusto Query, and T-SQL. Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure ongoing incremental testing and deployments. Utilise monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Grafana) to maintain system stability and performance. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver business-focused outcomes and continuous service improvements. We’re looking for: Proven experience across Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Kusto Query, T-SQL). Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices. Demonstrated ability to support enterprise-scale cloud solutions in a complex environment.
