This role offers the chance to take ownership of major remediation and structural design projects across Australia, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and long-term infrastructure solutions. What You’ll Do Deliver structural design and load rating projects, particularly in mining, ports, marine, and transport infrastructure (bridges, roads, rail) Provide technical leadership and act as the client contact for key projects Undertake site inspections, assessing structural defects and defining upgrades Guide and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with colleagues in other offices Contribute to building the reputation of the practice through quality project delivery. What we seek in you Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering 10 years’ industry experience with exposure to mining, marine and transport structures Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g. SpaceGass, Strand7) Strong technical skills in design, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management Site inspection and defect identification experience CPEng (Chartered Professional Engineer) or working towards Current Australian working rights and driver’s licence EA membership and fluent English communication skills.
