Key Responsibilities include: * Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Directors and Nurse Unit Managers (NUM) within Cancer Care Services. * Prepare and process Human Resource and Payroll forms in line with department policies and processes adhering to strict deadlines. * Organise, coordinate, and manage all secretarial and administrative aspects for the Directors and NUMs in a professional manner, including diary management. * Prepare weekly rosters and timesheets for department staff, incorporating leave requests and amendments to ensure all services are adequately covered. Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a, comprising salary between $76 963 - $85 591 p.a, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (A03) (temporary position available for 12 months).
