Key Responsibilities Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award to final close-out. Prepare variations, procurement schedules, progress claims, and subcontractor payments. Monitor budgets, drive cost control, and prepare detailed monthly financial reports. Maintain compliance registers and ensure accurate contract documentation. Partner with Project Managers to achieve strong commercial and delivery outcomes. Support contractor onboarding and contribute to ongoing process improvements. About You Proven Contracts Administrator experience in WA’s commercial construction sector. Solid understanding of contract law, procurement, and risk management. Ability to read drawings, specifications, and manage commercial exposure. Proficiency in MS Office and construction software (Cheops or BuildLogic desirable). Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organisational skills. Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights.
