You will play a key role in delivering short-term and medium-term plans, collaborating with geology, geotechnical, and operational teams to optimise mine performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare short-term and rolling monthly mine plans and schedules Deliver detailed designs for development and production activities Identify and communicate critical path items to ensure production targets are met Work collaboratively across technical services and operations teams Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements About You Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (or equivalent) Extensive experience in underground hard-rock mining Strong planning and mine design background (development and production) Proficiency with Deswik software First Class Mine Manager’s Ticket (desirable but not essential) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Why Apply?
