Description The Investment Operations candidate will be completing the following tasks: Manage daily investment operations, including trade settlements and reconciliations Client Services tasks and speaking with clients and investors Accurately process superannuation and investment transactions Index and categorise incoming tasks to support efficient workflow. Process new applications and on-board clients in line with compliance requirements. Provide responsive support to advisers, members, and investors. Apply product knowledge to resolve queries and handle complex cases. Profile A successful Investment Operations/Investment Services professional should have: Proven Communication skills and customer service skills Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of investment operations and financial compliance. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
