We are looking for a driven, highly organised individual to join our team as a permanent, full-time Customer Service & Administrative Specialist. Description Your Role: Where You'll Make an Impact This central role is the backbone of our clinic operations and the face of our patient experience. You will ensure every patient receives exceptional service while maintaining impeccable administrative standards. Key Responsibilities: Patient Success: Provide personalised support, monitor patient progress, handle enquiries, and conduct regular check-ups to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Operational Excellence: Manage patient accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily takings. Maintain accurate records for transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation. Clinic Administration: Handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, general office tasks, stock management, and ensure efficient clinic operations. Team Development: You will be responsible for training staff on operational administration and clinic duties, leveraging your expertise. Pay, Progression, & Income Potential Competitive Base Pay: $30 per hour base rate Penalty Rates. Opportunities to earn monthly and quarterly bonuses. Commission Pathway: Increased income potential via a commission structure is unlocked upon successful progression to the Sales Consultant role.
