We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to spearhead sales efforts in Sydney regional and Central Coast with opportunities to progress to state and national roles. You will be the face and product specialist for this high-potential Patented product in the post-Surgery/injury recovery therapy space, driving adoption of our solutions among healthcare professionals, Including but not limited to Orthopaedic Surgeons, sports clinics, rehabilitation centers, and allied health providers. Develop and execute a sales strategy for Sydney and surrounding geographies Establish and manage distribution partnerships with a long-term vision of national sales growth. Provide ongoing education and support to clients to ensure effective use and satisfaction. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to refine sales approach. Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales and territory performance reports. About You: Proven track record engaging surgeons, doctors and health care professionals in Healthcare, medical device, or allied health sales. Strong network with healthcare professionals, and key contacts including Orthopaedic Surgeons, theatre nurses, sports clinics, rehabilitation centers, and allied health providers. Develop and execute a sales strategy for Sydney and surrounding geographies. Self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic sales mindset. Experience in territory development and/or working with distribution partners is highly valued. Passion for wellness, rehabilitation, or performance technology. Comfortable with travel within the region, and occasional interstate travel as the business expands. Degree or equivalent Knowledge experience in Business, Health Science, Sports Science, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite. Hold a Valid driver’s license.
