Job Title: Senior Project Engineer – Industrial Project (5-Month Contract) Location: Western Sydney, NSW Contract Type: 5-Month Contract (View to Extend) Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Engineer to join our team on a major industrial project based in Western Sydney . This is an initial 5-month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. This is a pivotal role requiring a hands-on engineer with proven experience in managing project deliverables, coordinating site works, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily site operations, with a strong focus on groundworks and early works packages Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of works Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, cost control, and compliance Assist in the preparation of project documentation including ITPs, RFIs, and variations Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards Collaborate with the Project Manager and site team to resolve engineering challenges promptly About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/structural engineering within the construction industry Demonstrated experience on industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong knowledge and experience in groundworks and early civil packages Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment Full working rights in Australia Availability for an immediate or short-notice start W How to Apply Click APPLY NOW to submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
