Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of civil infrastructure delivery programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead the planning, procurement, and construction of critical infrastructure projects, managing project risks, stakeholder expectations, and resource allocation to support the departmentâs infrastructure objectives. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
