About the Role: Support customers at the trade counter with product knowledge and sales service Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in-branch interactions Assist with warehouse tasks: receiving, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch Maintain a clean and organised warehouse and showroom Support the broader team in day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experience Collaborate closely in a small, supportive team environment About You: We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn. You don’t need electrical industry experience - the right attitude is what matters most.
