About the Role We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a high-profile builder–developer delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. This role will see you working closely with the project team to manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration across complex projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontractor agreements. Manage variations, progress claims, RFI’s, and related documentation. Coordinate procurement and tendering processes. Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships. Provide ongoing support to the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery. Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration within the construction industry. Experience working on large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects in NSW. Strong knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and industry standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
