What You'll Do In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers — providing friendly, efficient, and solutions-focused support. Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person. Manage and process customer orders, invoices, quotes, and returns with accuracy and attention to detail. Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs. Provide product and technical information to customers and support the sales team with information requests. Contribute to company growth by maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives. Work with colleagues across departments (including Finance and Warehousing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For 3 years of customer service experience (B2B or medical industry background highly regarded). Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal. High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
