Your new role: As a Social Work Assistant within Metro South Health, you'll provide vital support to the Social Work Department, contributing to patient care and service delivery under the supervision of qualified Social Workers. You will: * Provide delegated patient interventions and assist in delivering education or group sessions. * Maintain accurate patient records in line with organisational standards. * Manage resources and stock to ensure smooth service delivery. * Actively contribute to teamwork through meetings, case discussions, and patient support activities.
