We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant who is available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays to join our dynamic team. This role is available as either part-time or casual, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM , though there may be opportunities for extended hours depending on operational needs. About The Role: This position offers you the opportunity to work in a unique property in a supportive, team-oriented environment, with opportunities for training, development, and career progression. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleanliness and service to our guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional. Your key duties will include: Attending to guest room requests and needs, ensuring a spotless first impression Changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces with attention to detail Maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are well-equipped and organised Reporting maintenance issues or discrepancies promptly Upholding guest privacy and security, ensuring a comfortable stay Reporting lost property in accordance with hotel procedures Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained, used, and stored properly Adhering to safety protocols when handling cleaning materials and chemicals Following all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role (preferred, but not required) Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work well within a team and independently Flexibility with duties in a diverse department Strong organisational and time management skills A demonstrated understanding of chemical handling and workplace health and safety Be able to work within the company core values of: Be There, Play, Make Their Day, Choose Your Attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Reliable transport to and from work Why Join Us?
