The Role This is more than a support role, it’s a chance to take ownership in one of Australia’s most respected Real Estate practices. You’ll be at the centre of complex leasing and property transactions, trusted to keep matters moving seamlessly and provide vital support to a highly regarded Partner and their team. Day-to-day, you’ll handle everything from drafting and preparing contracts, conducting property searches and due diligence, through to managing client files, billing processes, and coordinating with key stakeholders. You’ll also work in PEXA to manage settlements and lodgements, building expertise in an area that’s highly sought after across the industry. The Requirements You’ll bring at least 3–4 years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, ideally with exposure to Real Estate, Leasing or Property matters. Confidence with end-to-end file management, strong drafting skills, and experience with billing and trust accounts will all be highly regarded. Above all, you’ll be detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable balancing competing priorities with ease. Strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships will set you up for success.
