About the Role As the first point of contact at the school, the Administrative Officer plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This position supports students, staff, and families by managing day-to-day enquiries and administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth operation of the school. Duties include handling front-desk communications, assisting with school systems and processes, and providing timely and accurate information. The role reflects the school's values of respect, care, and excellence in every interaction. Working from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus ADO, the Administrative Officer contributes to a well-organised office and strong community connections. Your Responsibilities As the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Student Services Duties * Front Desk and Reception Duties * Maintaining Student Attendance and Records * Managing Visitors Within the School * Providing First Aid and Student Support * Administrative and Office Support for Day-to-Day School Operations * General Support Duties to Assist the School as Needed Please refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.
