About the Role * Provide high quality confidential administrative support to the Endocrine Directorate team including the Director and Nursing Lead. * Perform typing in an acute health care environment. * Co-ordination of clinics including Prader-Willi Syndrome (Multiple-Disciplinary Clinic), Turner Syndrome and Growth Hormone & Lucrin appointments * Referral management with Referral's workflow * Monitoring and maintaining waitlist for new patients * Management of departmental phone calls and generic emails * Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures are not defined.
