What You'll Be Doing Working alongside Senior Engineers on the structural design and delivery of buildings across a wide range of sectors Taking ownership of design packages, calculations, modelling, and documentation Collaborating closely with drafters and other engineers to ensure smooth project coordination Learning from experienced technical leaders who will support your development Using software like ETABS, RAM Concept, and RAPT daily, experience with these is essential Gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle, with opportunity to step into more responsibility as you grow What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering (preferably within buildings) Proficiency in design software including ETABS, RAM Concept, RAPT A collaborative mindset and great communication skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility Why This Company?
