Senior Structural Engineer Southeastern Suburbs, Melbourne Full-time permanent Structural Design Leadership $120K-$130K package (negotiable) We're working with a well-established structural consultancy located in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs , currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team. The Role: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will: Lead the design and delivery of high-rise residential , mixed-use , or commercial buildings , or projects of similar complexity. Work closely with architects, builders, and clients to ensure smooth project coordination and communication. Produce and review detailed structural documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive and technically strong team culture. Participate in design reviews, site inspections, and issue resolution during construction. What They're Looking For: 5-8 years' experience in structural engineering, with exposure to high-rise buildings or large/complex projects. Strong technical skills and the ability to manage projects independently. Comfortable using major structural design software (e.g. ETABS, RAPT, SpaceGass, etc.). Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and project teams. Relevant degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; CPEng desirable but not essential.
