You’ll be a vital part of keeping the team and our customers on track. Your responsibilities : Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders. Delivering top-tier customer service with every delivery. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders. Sales processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups. Stock control, cycle counting, and general housekeeping. What you’ll need to succeed: You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ll bring: Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and shifting throughout the day. Industry Experience: Wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial, but not mandatory. Warehouse Experience: You will have experience working in a similar environment. Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture. Strong Communication: You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service. Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence: A car and truck MR licence is required. A Forklift licence is preferred, with training provided if needed.
