About the role Looking for a Contracts Administrator form a construction background. We have exciting and rewarding projects across Strata, Commercial and Government sectors. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, Queensland, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the contractual aspects of our remedial construction projects. What you'll be doing Administer and manage construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and resolving contractual issues in a timely manner Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on all contractual matters Provide expert advice and support to project managers on contractual obligations and risk mitigation Contribute to the continuous improvement of our contract management processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in construction or building Thorough understanding of construction contracts, project management principles and risk management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve contractual issues Proficient in contract administration software (Dash Pivot) and MS Office applications Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Law is highly desirable What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
