Location: Canning Vale | Industry: Construction / Equipment Hire FULL TIME $75,000 - $80,000 Are you an organised go-getter with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're on the hunt for a Branch Administrator who’s ready to bring energy, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude to our high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Supporting Branch & Regional Managers with day-to-day admin ✔️ Managing data entry, reports, and correspondence ✔️ Keeping inventory and operations running like clockwork ✔️ Delivering friendly, professional customer service ✔️ Assisting with invoices, reconciliations, and records ✔️ Ensuring compliance and reporting on branch performance ✔️ Coordinating staff travel, site mobilisation & documentation What We’re Looking For: ✅ 2–3 years’ admin experience (bonus if it’s in construction or equipment hire) ✅ A confident communicator with great organisational skills ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook) ✅ Experience with mobilisation is a plus, but not a must ✅ WHS or First Aid certificates?
