Contract till December 2025 with a possible extension Attractive hourly pay rate - $34 to $40 per hour Super 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week Work Arrangement: Grafton PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You will be responsible for processing a specialised range of registration and licence products and services including the release of information and certificates from information held in related data systems. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Review and process licence/registration applications, address suppression, restrictions, refunds, fines, and CTP mismatches. Maintain integrity of driver and vehicle records (fraud checks, assessing information received in relation to record amalgamations, misuse monitoring). Issue official information (e.g. subpoenas, certificates) from the driver and vehicle database. Respond to internal and external customer enquiries in writing and over the phone. Review reports, rectify data issues, and recommend improvements. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Well-developed organisation and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage work priorities and meet strict deadlines. Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high-quality work. Ability to conduct research, analyse and present information in a clear and logical manner. Ability to maintain record management systems. Sound written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
