You’ll provide timely and accurate administrative and clerical support to our frontline services. This is a dynamic and varied role. You’ll work across different teams, responding to business needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Make a meaningful impact in your community. ‍ What You’ll Be Doing: Support your team with high-quality administrative & clerical duties, including filing, data entry, records management and other day-to-day tasks. Build strong organisational and time management skills. Assist in the collection and collation of statistical data. Receipt, record and distribute correspondence. Focus on delivering excellent customer service, responding to public enquiries both face to face and over the phone. Demonstrate ability to adhere to confidentiality obligations. Bring a positive, professional, mature, and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace. What We Are Looking For: Strong computer and word processing skills.
