Our client, a dynamic and innovative design and construction company is looking for a talented Project Administrator/Coordinator to join their team on a temp basis to Feb 2026 with possible extension. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the seamless execution of projects by providing administrative support and document control for a variety of projects. What You’ll Do: Provide general administrative support to the team, including calendar appointments and travel bookings. Compile weekly debtors reports and follow up outstanding payments. Enter project-related supplier invoices and subcontractor payments. Set up projects using Pronto - project file, workload, budget, contract variations, purchase orders and sub-contractor orders. Maintain project workload and master file spreadsheets. Record and maintain monthly cash flows and forward orders. What We’re Looking For: 2 years’ experience in project coordination or admin roles with experience in document control. Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Word, Excel. Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Construction experience is a bonus! Knowledge of Pronto is a bonus!
