Project Administrator – Pinkenba, QLD OSOS Alliance is excited to offer this opportunity on behalf of our client , a leading provider of transmission and distribution maintenance services across the Energy Queensland electricity network. This is an excellent role for someone looking to provide administrative support within a dynamic energy infrastructure environment. Location: Pinkenba, QLD 4008 Hybrid work arrangement: initial weeks in office, then flexible by arrangement once comfortable Contract: 7 October 2025 – 30 January 2026 Potential for extension or permanent employment Hours & Pay Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week Pay: Circa $38 p/hr Potential for overtime About Our Client: Our client delivers transmission and distribution maintenance services across the Energy Queensland electricity network, supporting both regional and metropolitan areas. Services include: Construction and maintenance of low- and high-voltage overhead and underground networks Installation, testing, and connection of distribution lines, cables, hardware, and switchgear Live-line works, pole and cross-arm replacement, and substation maintenance Customer-funded powerline extensions and streetlight maintenance Bulk Lamp Replacement Programs, design, and inspection services Emergency response and sub-transmission maintenance Role Purpose: The Project Administrator will provide critical administrative support to Field Supervisors, allowing them to focus on site-based work. The role is key to ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and supporting the transition to new systems. Key Responsibilities: Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) Prepare and load scoping forms with defect descriptions, photos, and key information for Supervisors to scope sites Review and close tasks in client systems Report weekly on work completion and manage data discrepancies Provide adhoc administrative support, including updating records and supporting the transition to the new ticket-of-work management system Communicate effectively with field teams and clients, both by phone and email Key Requirements: Proven experience in office-based administrative roles Strong communication skills, confident speaking on the phone and liaising with diverse teams Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Power BI Experience working with construction or field-based teams Familiarity with ticket-of-work management systems (Novus knowledge advantageous) Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen Preferred Attributes: Adaptable to internal change and new processes Able to work within a diverse team (80% blue-collar, 20% office staff) Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems Additional Information: No PPE, uniform, or tools required No weekend work required during the contract period Opportunity for overtime if required About OSOS Alliance: OSOS Alliance, part of the PRM Management Group, delivers tailored staffing solutions across the mining, civil, and infrastructure sectors.
