About the Role As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. You’ll contribute to full-stack development, support AWS infrastructure, and learn how to ship scalable, high-quality software in a global environment. Your journey will include: Enhancing features across our software platforms using modern frameworks and services. Designing and implementing microservices and micro-frontends with guidance from senior engineers. Supporting and building AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services. Extending automated testing frameworks to maintain code quality and reliability. Improving service performance, security, and scalability. Participating in agile rituals like sprint planning, code reviews, and production support. What You Bring Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Hands-on experience with an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#). Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Desirable (but not required): Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript or frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions). Interest in digital health, AI tools, or emerging technologies.
