Recognised with multiple local awards and regarded as a trusted name in the industry, the business is continuing to grow and is now seeking a motivated Reception and Administration professional to join their supportive team. The Role The Reception and Administration Support role will see you perform a range of duties to support the ongoing success of our client. From initial customer service enquiries to managing appointments and undertaking sales administration duties you will play a key role in delivering the accurate and timely service standards the team are known for. You will leverage your experience in a similar high-compliance role, keen eye for details and your proactive and professional approach to your work to ensure all administration duties are completed to hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment with the ongoing support of a friendly and highly regarded and experienced team. Duties Respond to all general enquiries appropriately in a professional and timely manner Undertake accurate Sales Administration tasks including proactive cross-checking and proactive follow-up to ensure hard-deadlines and audit requirements are met Manage and maintain accurate internal records, keeping across a variety of systems and databases Provide sales marketing administration support ensuring internal process is followed Other general administrative duties as required Skills & Experience Candidates must have a current REIV certificate or, be undertaking this course to be able to undertake the duties of this role (study support will be provided) Candidates will be required to work in person at the office in a professional services environment during standard business hours Experience in a similar high-compliance customer service and administration role in the professional services industry will be advantageous Demonstrated written and verbal customer service and administration skills Sound IT skills with experience using internal CRM/client database software A proactive and positive approach to work Demonstrated experience in a role that requires similar strong attention to detail Benefits Full-time ongoing role standard work hours Role training provided ongoing team support continual learning opportunities Join a supportive and friendly team culture Please Note The successful applicant must have unlimited Australian working rights and will be required to satisfactorily pass a Police check and undergo professional reference checks and psychometric testing prior to commencement.
