About your role: * Provide support to Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) team in the provision of a professional, timely and cost effective service to a diverse clientele. * Assist the Trade Coordinator (Air-conditioning and Refrigeration) in carrying out maintenance and project work, ensure allocated work is carried out promptly and efficiently. * Undertake assigned air-conditioning and refrigeration work and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance in accordance with Queensland Health and industry best practice requirements. * Liaise with all CHHHS staff, other government agencies and private contractors to ensure work is undertaken with minimal disruption to health service delivery.
