What’s on Offer Broad and interesting project portfolio, commercial, strata, civic, and heritage Investigate building failures and deterioration, bring structures back to life Flexible work environment with genuine work-life balance Supportive, inclusive team culture and direct mentorship from senior leaders Competitive salary and pathway to more senior roles Your New Role Reporting to the Remedial Team Leader, you’ll: Conduct hands-on condition assessments and forensic investigations of existing buildings Identify and diagnose issues, spalling, cracking, movement, waterproofing, corrosion, structural failures Prepare detailed technical reports and remedial designs Oversee project delivery from concept to construction, including client liaison, contractor supervision and QA Coordinate closely with strata managers, building owners, and site teams What You Bring 3–5 years of remedial, structural, or forensic engineering experience Strong report writing and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with tools such as SpaceGass, Strand7, RAPT, or ETABS A practical, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering (CPEng ideal but not essential) Why This Firm?
