Data Centre Electrical Engineer - Senior/Associate Salary Guide: $140k - $180k super profit share Location: Sydney or Melbourne Overview Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first class electrical engineer with strong experience in producing world class electrical designs for data centres. Upon joining, you will go straight in as electrical lead on a new greenfield project award, which is a hyperscale data centre which will soon be coming out of the ground. On an ongoing basis, you will be joining a dedicated data centre team who are in growth mode (headcount forecast to increase by over 50% in the next 12 months) - you'll be a fundamental part of that growth and will help build client relationships and form part of the strategic direction of the data centre business unit. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for new-build and upgrade data centre projects Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a growing team of engineers Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects to the highest standards Drive innovation and energy-efficient solutions in mission critical environments Requirements Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering Strong experience in data centre electrical design Working towards Chartership will be nice to have Proven leadership ability and ambition to help to build and lead a specialist team Deep understanding of standards and best practices in electrical building services This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growth story.
