Job Description The Health Placement Support Hub Administrative Officer is responsible for providing professional administration services, timely advice, support and liaison to students, staff and external stakeholders in matters relating to fit for professional practice requirements and student support. Key responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks, including procurement, room bookings, meetings, building access, and visitor logistics. Provide professional and confidential support to the Support Hub via reception, phone, email, and general duties. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Sonia Placement System. Facilitate communication and reporting between the Support Hub, students, Schools, and external stakeholders. Advise and assist Health Students with professional practice requirements, uniforms, and general support. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in an administrative role. Salary Range The full-time base salary for a HEW Level 4 is in the range $73,623 - $77,680 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total FTE package is in the range $86,139 - $90,886 per annum.
