About the opportunity This role is based in Forrestdale, WA, and focuses on managing distributor and customer relationships through the complete order cycle, from enquiry to delivery. In this role, you will: Deliver excellent customer service and build distributor relationships Accurately process orders using Salesforce Develop technical knowledge of conveyor solutions and products Support sales and operations teams with commercial insights Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication Day-to-day activities include processing orders, monitoring back-order reports, responding to enquiries, liaising with internal teams, and supporting external sales representatives. Training begins with two weeks in Sydney, followed by in-office support in WA. Employees are encouraged to pursue growth through internal training and hands-on experience with products in the field. About you We are seeking someone with 2-3 years' customer service experience, ideally from an industrial or manufacturing environment, who can manage end-to-end customer interactions and order processing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to problem-solve and think commercially. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Experience in order processing and distributor/customer relationships Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to develop technical knowledge of products What's on offer This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary, along with an annual discretionary bonus.
