About: This position plays a critical administrative role ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across various departments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in liaising with external bodies such as the ATO, ASIC, and ABR, supporting high-level professionals, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. Your role will also be working across Corporate Secretarial & Office Administration duties. Your job will entail hands-on involvement across client services and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the tax, business advisory, audit, and superannuation teams. Manage end-to-end client documentation, including preparation of engagement letters, ethical letters, and compliance materials. Liaise effectively with the ATO, ASIC, and ABR to ensure accurate submissions and adherence to regulatory obligations. Assist in the preparation and lodgement of tax compliance documents and corporate regulatory filings. Maintain corporate compliance requirements including ASIC filings, annual reviews, and business registrations. Coordinate the establishment of new entities, such as companies, trusts, and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs). Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support to directors and senior staff. Handle internal and external correspondence professionally and in a timely manner. Organise, file, and maintain records and systems for easy access and regulatory alignment. Support project management activities, meeting coordination, and client communications. Prepare internal and external reports and contribute to continuous improvement in practice-wide administrative processes. About You: 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within public practice or professional services, ideally with exposure to tax or corporate secretarial functions. Proven ability to manage administrative workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong understanding of ATO, ASIC, and ABR processes and requirements. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise professionally with clients and internal teams.
