What You’ll Be Doing: Reporting to an Associate Director, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering standout public and community-focused projects. You’ll be: Producing detailed structural designs and documentation for institutional and public works Collaborating closely with architects, councils, builders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project vision Conducting site inspections to ensure high build quality and compliance Mentoring junior engineers and modellers, contributing to a strong team culture Managing project timelines and leading delivery from concept through to completion What We’re Looking For: Bachelor of Engineering (Structural or Civil) PE (Vic) or Chartered status preferred 4 years of experience in a consulting environment Proven experience delivering public/institutional projects such as schools, libraries, boardwalks, civic buildings, or pavilions, or high end residential/architecturally designed homes over $10 million Deep understanding of Australian standards and codes Strong technical capability across reinforced concrete, steel, precast, and (ideally) PT design Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Site experience with a practical understanding of construction processes Ready to Take the Next Step?
