About the Company We're a specialist remedial and refurbishment builder working on complex upgrades, façade restorations, heritage repairs and structural remedial works. With offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Sydney - deliver high-quality outcomes across residential, commercial, and government sectors. We are expanding and currently looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to support our growing pipeline of projects across Southeast Queensland and NSW. ️ The Role As a Junior CA, you'll support our Project Managers and Site Managers with the full contract administration lifecycle: Manage project documentation, contracts, variations and RFIs Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and compliance Assist with procurement and tendering Help prepare claims, progress reports and cost forecasts Track project timelines, budgets and reporting metrics Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues early This is a hands-on role where you'll learn from seasoned professionals and gain exposure to a range of complex remedial projects. ✅ What We're Looking For 0-2 years' experience in a similar CA or site admin role Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or near completion) Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn A basic understanding of building contracts and project delivery Driver's licence - occasional site visits required What's on Offer Competitive salary package depending on experience Ongoing mentoring and career development from experienced remedial PMs and CAs Exposure to complex and technically challenging projects Stable, well-established builder with great team culture Offices in Brisbane CBD, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Sydney Apply Now If you're looking to kick-start or grow your career in contract administration with a company that will invest in your future - apply now.
