Casual Customer Service Officers – Multiple Locations We’re seeking experienced casuals to provide high quality customer service across several locations in Tasmania's north and north-east. You may choose to work at one location or across several, depending on your availability and interest. What we’re looking for At least 3 years’ customer service experience Comfortable picking up shifts at short notice Strong communication skills (verbal and written) High standard of personal presentation Excellent computer and keyboard skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Flexible, adaptable, and community minded Current driver’s license The opportunities Each site offers something a little different Office-based roles Customer service at the front counter and by phone Records management and general administration Handling payments and registrations Managing a wide variety of enquiries Records management and facility bookings Event set-up and admin support for the onsite team Visitor and community-focused roles Supporting visitors with tourism and community information Retail and gift shop support Managing bookings for tours, transport, and parks passes Be the friendly face welcoming visitors from near and far Opportunity to share your local knowledge and make a lasting impression Why apply?
