About the Role As a Trainer Assessor, you'll play a key role in delivering nationally recognised training, supporting students to gain practical skills, and ensuring compliance with RTO and industry standards. Your real-world experience and passion for mentoring will help learners succeed both in the classroom and on-site. Key Responsibilities Deliver training and assess students in civil construction qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Civil Construction) Develop and adapt learning resources and assessment tools Provide student support and mentoring throughout their learning journey Maintain accurate training records and comply with RTO and ASQA standards Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure training reflects current industry practices About You Hold a current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Have relevant qualifications and industry experience in civil construction Hold or be willing to obtain relevant licences/tickets (e.g., White Card, plant operation tickets) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for education and commitment to student success Sound knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements Desirable (but not essential) Experience delivering training in an RTO environment Current industry currency and professional development logs Ability to deliver both face-to-face and online/blended learning Why Join Us?
