What You’ll Do Manage and optimise server environments across staging and production, with a focus on Docker-based infrastructure Lead server migration and container orchestration projects (Docker / Kubernetes) Configure and maintain networking, load balancing, and firewall rules to ensure high availability and security Implement cloud security best practices and compliance measures Build and maintain automated monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue resolution Analyse server logs, diagnose root causes, and troubleshoot complex issues Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on to fix problems quickly and effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost system stability and performance What You Bring 5 years managing servers and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) Strong Docker skills; familiarity with Kubernetes Deep Linux administration knowledge, including shell scripting and system tuning Proven ability to analyse logs and identify root causes of issues Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to fixing issues in production Expertise in network protocols, DNS, VPNs, and routing Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools (Optional) Backend development experience in any language You must have working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.
