Description Key Responsibilities Once Trained Include: Patient Care & Customer Service: Provide personalised service to ensure patient satisfaction, manage check-ups, and schedule doctor's appointments. Operational & Clinic Administration: Efficiently process payments, manage patient data in our CRM, and reconcile daily takings. You will maintain accurate records for all transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation, ensuring compliance with all financial and administrative procedures. You will also handle reception duties, manage appointments, and oversee general office tasks. A key part of your role will be managing stock, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the clinic. Permanent Full-Time Position: This is a permanent, full-time on-site role (76 hours per fortnight on a roster basis).
