Key Responsibilities: Prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing a warm database Attending open homes, buyer appointments, and vendor meetings Door knocking and canvassing appraisals in core areas Managing vendor and buyer communication with professionalism Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations, and daily ad hoc tasks Shadowing your agent through the full sales cycle The Person You're confident, driven, and already have some real estate runs on the board.
