The Role The Sales Agent role will see you play a key role in supporting the real estate journeys of a diverse range of clients throughout the greater Ballarat region. From initial inquiry through to settlement, you will apply your experience, customer service skills, and focus on integrity and ethical practice to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also play a key role in the ongoing growth of Ballarat Property Agents, working with the highly experienced team to generate new listings and build your professional network throughout the region. Duties Manage the end-to-end sales process for listings across the Ballarat region Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors Support the generation of new listings and growth of Ballarat Property Agents Coordinating and carrying out open homes, buyer appointments, building & pest inspections, styling appointments, valuation appointments, and private inspections Managing contracts, ensuring a smooth settlement by liaising with solicitors and conveyancers Skills & Experience Full Estate Agent or Representative license Experience working in a similar Sales Agent role Driver’s license with reliable vehicle Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills A proactive, professional, and ethically driven approach to sales Competent in using internal CRM/client database software social media Benefits Attractive and uncapped commission structure Phone and laptop provided Administration support Full-time ongoing role Ongoing professional development opportunities ongoing team support continual learning opportunities Join a supportive and friendly team culture Please Note The successful applicant must have unlimited Australian working rights and will be required to satisfactorily pass a Police check and undergo professional reference checks and psychometric testing prior to commencement.
