The position offers part-time hours (3 days per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a start date later this year. About the Role You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries, delivering friendly, efficient and accurate service over the phone and via digital channels. Your ability to listen, problem-solve and communicate clearly will be essential to ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries across phone and online platforms. Provide clear and accurate information on a range of services. Process transactions efficiently and with attention to detail. Maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity. Work collaboratively within a supportive team to meet service standards. What You’ll Bring Experience in customer service (contact centre or retail preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence using computer systems and following detailed procedures. A professional and reliable approach to work. Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to great service. Additional Information/Requirements To be considered you will be require to undertake Skills testing, reference and work rights check and screening (including competency based interviewing).
