Your Role As National Technical & Product Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Dincel products are simple to specify, compliant with NCC requirements, and continuously evolving to meet industry needs. This is a critical role reporting directly to the GM Technical & Marketing. Your key responsibilities include: Leading new product development initiatives and identifying opportunities to expand the Dincel offering. Providing technical training and support to sales teams, customers and industry partners. Managing product testing, CodeMark certification and NCC compliance. Maintaining accurate product, installation and manufacturing documentation. Maintaining and updating the Dincel Construction Manual, BIM files and technical resources to ensure accuracy and ease of use. Supporting operations with QA processes, audits and specification compliance. About You: Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 4 years' experience in the construction, manufacturing or engineering sector. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, fire/combustibility, and basement waterproofing. Skilled in interpreting engineering/architectural drawings and specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with AS3600 and NCC compliance.
