Working in remote Western Australia to deliver Village Management services to the camp. The vacancy will run on a casual roster and is ideal for an experienced candidate with an enthusiasm for hard work and leadership. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will ensure the day to day operations of the village including anything from: Management of a full Village/Site including rostering of candidates and approval of timesheets for agency workers. Stock management of catering as well as PPE as well as reordering where appropriate Ensuring a safe work place for all staff, leading pre-start meetings for camp staff. The successful individual will have proven previous experience working in a similar role as well as the following: Excellent understanding of systems such as INX and MS Office Fantastic customer service skills and hands on management style approach Confident verbal and written communication skills Approved Manager's card Driver's License All candidates will be expected to undertake a medical and LAB DAS exam.
