ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the Member Liaison team, this role provides integral administrative and event support across the organisation - whether assisting across inbox management, sending out communications via internal CRM systems, or helping with one of the organisation's many virtual and in-person events. This is a full-time position, initially running as a fixed-term contract until June 2026 - a great opportunity to further develop within communication, member services, and event skills. DUTIES Support with member services - managing the member inbox, new member onboarding, general enquiry support Assist in event coordination - designing and sending invitations, managing distribution lists via internal systems, logistical assistance Prepare and issue member communications such as surveys, website content, and member packs Ensure the member database is accurate and up-to-date Stakeholder liaison internally and externally (e.g. speaking to members via phone for feedback) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in complex administration, event support or communications Strong rapport-building/stakeholder relationship management skills Tech savvy and a willingness to learn new software Organised in nature, with a keen eye for detail - continuous improvement mindset Experience (or an interest) in the membership, non-profit, or regulatory settings Previous exposure to Vision6 or Microsoft Dynamics is a benefit, but not a requirement BENEFITS Flexible working - enjoy three days WFH each week, and two days spent in their CBD office (soon to be moving to a brand new location!)
