Your key accountabilities The core capability requirements for this role are: * Contribute to the development, implementation and review of systems, policies and procedures which support the provision of services within Prosecution Services. * Prepare and process correspondence and other documentation including data entry relevant to court documentation in accordance with approved procedures and process and maintain necessary records. * Develop, implement and maintain office systems, policies and procedures and prepare correspondence of an administrative nature * Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to complement service provision. * Research Queensland Police Service (QPS) information systems to obtain relevant information to support the prosecution process relevant to court proceedings. * Review prosecution files to identify offenders suitable to participate in offender programs. * Provide administrative support to QPS prosecutors at court proceedings and meetings.
