Due to growth we are seeking a /Driver/Warehouse Operator to join their team. This role is accountable for both the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles and the proactive management of warehouse functions. You will ensure that goods are delivered safely and on time, while also taking initiative in supporting inventory and a well-organised warehouse. This position demands a high level of safety awareness, excellent driving and operational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The role: Daily deliveries around Newcastle and Sydney (up to 3 days per week you'll be conducting deliveries to Sydney), 2 days in the Warehouse Load and unload trucks Strapping down of load Ensure a high level of customer Service upon delivery Ensure safety standards are maintained, daily pre-start checks on vehicles are conducted and reporting of maintenance required Complete documentation associated with collection and delivery of all deliveries Assist with warehouse duties on days when you're not conducting deliveries including picking, packing, stocktake, receiving and dispatching goods Keep warehouse and truck clean and tidy What we're looking for: HR Licence with minimum of 3 years truck driving experience Forlift licence Proven safe driving record Ability to pass random drug & alcohol tests.
